Rather than offer off the shelf materials, we consult with our clients to tailor make our training and organization development activities.
In some important ways, we think that organizations are like communities. We spend much of our time in them, and from them we gain our incomes and significant parts of our identities. We believe that each workplace and community should be a setting in which all members can realize their potential and contribute the progress of an ever-advancing civilization. We bring this broad-based community-building approach to everything we do.
We're particularly interested in supporting contextually-appropriate institutional design — a strategy that helps people shape their administrative structures on their own terms rather than trying to fit themselves into potentially inappropriate patterns derived from another society or organization. We have considerable experience in this area and are most interested in discussing this approach with anyone who has an interest in this matter.
